Setting up a RAID 0 array, few questions

At home here I have 2 computers, one which has a 40gb hdd, and the other which has a 100gb and a 40gb hdd.
Im planning on taking the two 40gb hdd's and putting them in a raid0 config in my main computer and then putting the 100gb in my secondary pc. So, here is my question -- once I have the 2 40gb in the raid configuration, can I ghost my 100gb onto the raid array?

YES

I use Ghost 2003 to move my entire system (2 @ 40GB in Raid-0 --On-Board Highpoint) to an 80GB which is normally unplugged as backup once a week or so.
