Hello,
If you see my sig my computer is pretty dated by now. I am planning on building a new computer for about 400-500 that can overclock pretty well. The one thing I am a little concerned about is I go to school out of state so I plan on having a p180 case at home and using a microfly when I am at school. Therefore I am going to have to get a microATX motherboard. Here is what I have in mind...
CPU: C2D E4400
Mobo: ASRock Conroe 1333 DVI/H
Case: Ultra Microfly & Antec P180B
Hard drive: Seagate 7200.10 or whatever I can get the best deal on 300 gb or more
memory: Crucial ballistix if I can find a deal on 2 gb.
Monitor: already have a Hanns-g 19" wide monitor
PSU: Already have ultra x-connect 500w
Don't know which fan CPU I will get.
I have a NEC ND-3540 burner, should I get a new 18x burner w/SATA or just keep it? Also I need a good DVD-Rom drive. Also is there any major difference between SATA and PATA for optical drives?
Any comments? Thanks
