Things like:BIND DNS,FTP,MySQL.

Says something like: Maybe X is not installed, or your module configuration is incorrect.

How did you install webmin and did you install the modules for those things? Some distributions break up the webmin packages, do an 'apt-cache search webmin' and see what's available.
 
I really screwed up my Ubuntu, I cant even login, only threw terminal. So I decided to try Fedora Core 4. Thank you R3MF, for "The Perfect Setup - Fedora Core 4."
