Setting up a Lan...

Hi i need some help setting up a lan, i have my WinXP machine wich is my main and a Win98 SE machine. I have a Motorola SB5100 cable modem, a hub and the cables for both pc's. But what do i do now?

Ignore the prices in the links above. The same or similar hardware can be found for 60%-90% less.

Then you buy a cable/DSL Router.

You plug every thing like this.

Then you configure the Network on each computer.

And finally you set the sharing.
