Setting up 3 monitors?

I currently have 2 19" monitors, and I was thinking about adding a 22" widescreen in the middle. How difficult is it to set up my system to handle all 3 monitors? I currently have a 7800 GT. I can handle basic hardware adjustments, but I'm not particularly savvy so if it's a lot of trouble I'll have to rethink my setup.
 
add another card - non-sli mode will let u run up to 4 displays - altho im not sure; i don't think they even have to be the same chip - eg, whack in a cheap one next to ur 7800
