Setting up 2008 Server SSL VPN

I've got an 08 x64 data center edition server set up at home, behind a DIR-655 router. I tried setting up OpenVPN, but apparently, the router cannot properly route the advanced 'stuff', so I am looking at setting up 08 server's SSL VPN.

I did some googling, and came up a little short, with some old tutorials, etc.

So, basically, what would I need to forward/route in my router, and any good tutorials on setting it up?

Let me add, this is just for me. Is there something similar to hamanchi I could run?

I've tested an SSL OpenVPN connection to a test server on an open server, so I do know I had it configured right, the router just won't work with what I need though.

If I could get a piece of software that I could install easily, that'd rock 🙂.
