Setting RAM timings on MSI K8T Neo

I have 2 sticks of Corsair CMX1024-3200C2, aka 2 sticks of 1GB DDR400 Ram rated at 2-3-3-6. I have set this in the BIOS, however when I run CPU-Z it says my ram is running at 3-3-3-8. I reboot, go back to the bios and it still has the 2-3-3-6 settings! Any idea whats going on?
