Setting RAM in CMOS. Am I right?

O.K. I've done my research. However, I'm not so sure about these settings. Could you let me know if I've got any of these settings wrong?

CAS# Latency - Lower the better
RAS# Precharge - Lower the better
RAS# CAS# Delay - Lower the better
Precharge Dealy - Lower the better
Burst Length - Lower the better
DRAM Idle Time - Higher the better
DRAM Refresh Rate - ?????????
ICH Delayed transaction - ????????
MPS Revison - ???????????

Right on these, however there is a development when using dual channel on AMD nForce2 boards where using high RAS to CAS Delay increased benchmark scores.

I don't know about the others. It would seem to me that DRAM Idle Time should be low and Burst Length should be high, but that's just a guess. Peace.
