Setting in Radeon 64MB DDR VIVO with Warcraft III?

I went into the video introduction part but the graphics is rather blocky.... I mean I see some squares and it is kind of rough texture as well.... I tried to make the changes in the Game Video options and in the ATI card properties. I think it did not help and I may be doing the wrong thing. I just installed the latest driver from ATI.

Check out blizzard's Warcraft III support page at www.blizzard.com ... I can't remember exactly, but I remember reading that there are some issues with running WC3 with Radeon cards. It's in one of the patch update read-me's I believe.
