I used to have these but somewhere along the line, lost them. This is a fairly new install of winxp, sp1, IE6, sp1 and critical updates etc. so the setting was on a previous config but I don't think I ever set it up manually- it was the default setting.

So basically, when I hover my house over a link I want to see the URL and when I connect to a secure site, I want to see the lock. Any one know? I've spent a good bit of time search microsoft and google, so any help is appreciated! :D:D

can you be more specific?
I didn't see anything relevant
and I reset it to default and have a 2d problem now that all my fonts are huge.

:(

try the "View" button on IE titlebar to enable the status bar. Also you can change the text size.
