Setting Flash Network Speed Manually

Hey, when I'm watching stuff on southparkstudios, the auto connection thing decides its going to set the quality to 800KBps even though my connection can only handle slightly under 700. Obviously this causes the need to buffer quite frequently since it only buffers to the commercials and its pretty annoying.

Is there a way to set my flash connection manually to something lower?
