Setting Administrator password to 'power users'

I don't know why my other thread was locked but I think I am asking more of a technical question.

Novell network using Lotus (mail).

We currently have about 400 users who know their own local administrator passwords. I just need to know if it's possible to make a script so a user can execute it so their Administrator password would be what we assign it to.

Anybody know? Thanks! any help would be appreciated!
 
You would get more responses (and not get locked) in network or operating systems. This category is for highly technical topics instead of how to's or troubleshooting. There is a thread at the top that explains the guidelines.
