Setting admin alerts in Windows

How do you set admin alerts in 2000? I'm looking to get net sends from the systems to know when disk space is getting low, logs full, that sort of thing.

Where do you define who gets those messages?

There's no built in mechanism to do this. You can use a program to monitor the event logs and alert you if you'd like. There may be a tool called "eventmon" out there to do this.
