I noticed this download in an email about SetiSpy on ZD Net SetiSpy It came in their Software Express news letter.

I don't do Seti but thought it might be interesting for you folks that do. Too bad we couldn't get a tag for TA in that! Wonder if we offered tech support if they would link us?😉
