Besides the fixed Berkeley status page format, it also updated the progress calibration data. More info from ]SetiSpy

Fixed the user stats update problem due to Berkeley changing the statistics script name. The default script name is now correct, but the script name can now also be changed from the Server button on the Setup Update page.
Added a Statistics Server Setup dialog that is accessed from the Server button on the Setup Update page. This dialog allows you to change the statistics script name as well as the script commands for the user and group stats that display when you click on the user and group name hyperlinks on the User Stats screen. You can also specify your own web pages that open when you clicking the user and group name hyperlinks. Finally (and long overdue), you can now enter your SETI@home account email address to fix the grayed-out
Update button problem.
Redesigned the Client Calibration Setup dialog and added presets to make it easier to calibrate your processor. I got this idea from Roberto Virga's excellent KSetiSpy. The calibration data is stored in an external XML file that is compatible with both SETI Spy and KSetiSpy.
The peak processing efficiency data is now stored in an external XML file that is compatible with KSetiSpy.
Changed to an updated version of the TGifImage component (now compatible with Delphi 6), after a suggestion by Roberto Virga.[/q
