Hey I was just wondering, is it possible to just copy the setiqueue folder from one computer to another? If that's not possible, do I have to just reinstall it on the another machince. LMK, thanks!

Thanks,
Kevin

I moved my queue to a new machine recently and what I did was install it on the new computer and then just copy the files from the old computer over top of the ones on the new computer.

Yep, it can be done, i've done it countless number of times :) Just copy the entire folder from one to the other, then just run it, it will all be fine :)

Ditto what Confused said. It works great to just move it over and run.

Painless;)

Remember, after the move to run "setiqueue.exe -i"

That will setup setiqueue as a service.
After that, goto services in control panel/administrative tools services, and set setiqueue to autostart.
Remember to start it.. :p

Then you can logout of the machine, restart it - if you want, and the queue will still run :)
