Ive ran setidriver under windows 2000 for months now, and now that i have been using win98 ( i dual boot), i have gotten a few strange things. The most strange thing is that setidriver turned in a work unit which it said took 541 hours to complete (prolly to 5.5 hours, er so). It turned that unit in, and bumped my ave work unit time up over an hour more than it was. Anyone ever hear of this before, because this is quite lame, and since CS wont work under 2000 anymore, even after a reinstall of both win2k, and CS, i need to run 98 to play it.

cs stopped working btw when I bought some 1337 looking keyboard from fries last week, and i used it for about an hour before I played CS and it tricked out when I played cs so i uninstalled it... dont understand this shiz...

also, i have never done a work unit over 6 hours with win2k, but with 98 im pumping them out like mad!
hilp me!:(:(:disgust::|:Q

Awwww... :(

;)

It sounds like you have a "clock problem". That often happens if you change your clock on your OS. And then the WU gets screwed up. Did you change the date/time on either recently? Since you're dual-booting, are you running the WU from the same directory on both OSes (ie., sharing the directory between the 2)?

I am sharing seti driver over both of the os's yes, but i have not changed my clock in either OS, except that I did reinstall wink2k around the time that this work unit occured
