SETI - wu times for XP2100 and A7N266??

I'm thinking of putting together 6 or so boxes to crunch seti full time and was wondering if anyone knew what kind of times I could expect. I will be using Athlon XP2100 and Asus A7N266 with 256 MB ram.

We had the MSI version of those boards with an 1800+ at work, running stock all, and using the onboard video.

Did a WU in 4.5 - 5 hours.

/Edit :
So expect around 4 - 4.5 hours, = 5.5-6 WU/Day 😱

Thanks for the speedy replies. I think these will work out just fine.

BTW Soni, 24hrs / 4 - 4.5hrs = 5.3 - 6 WU/Day - Am I missing something?

Will you be overclocking it if its a Tbred B because I'm guessing if you hit 2.2-2.3 Ghz that'll make a big difference

Which board? If it's the -VM then it's got integrated lan, sound & video but NO OVERCLOCKING options.
Mine with a 1800+ does WU's in 3:15 for High AR units & 4:00 for VLAR units running Win XP.
A .417 AR unit gets done in 3:47
Like I said, with no overclocking at all. So you should easily be able to do 7 WU's per day per each system. X 6 boxes should give you about 40 - 45 units a day.

If it's not the one with integrated video then you will be able to OC and get better times.

me too - so you should get about 7 per day depending on if they crunch 24/7 & if you use the CLI & Seti Driver to cache units (or a SetiQ) and all that yadayada 😉 & if there isn't someone on there running 3D gaming all the time 😀
