I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean by &quot;refer to the above thread&quot;? And could someone tell me who is responsible for writing/coordinating the site at http://hobbitt.worldkey.net/~seti/? That site is well done. I'm familar with Hellburner's daily and weekly stats which are also very appreciated and I'd have no dispute with him doing the writing assuming he wants to.

How large is this article going to be? I think a collaborative effort is certainly not out of the question. If it's a quick plug with a few links something like this might do:

SETI@Home is a project designed to harness all the unused CPU power out there in net-land to analyze signals from the biggest radio telescope on the planet. There's no money prize, so we don't feel like llama's asking folks to join in our conquest of the stars. It's way cool. You can get more info about us, the project and joining the team HERE(link(s)).

Or I could go into a 40 year history of the modern SETI effort with a little intro about mankinds communication attempts with advanced beings. That would be book length or major article material. 🙂

It'll need to be realitively short, say an AT page or so. Go over what the project intends to accopmlish, when it started, when TA started, where we stand in the rankings, and about any other propaganda you can think of.🙂
