Welcome to Team AnandTech SETI! :D

We are now 2,426 members strong. :)

The TeAm has gotten quite a few "new" members and a few of them are quite active on our DC Forum. Though their stats are combined with those of all the other members of "The TeAm", it is only appropriate that they be introduced and Welcomed as they are truly part of TeAm AnandTech.

I would like to introduce some of our oldest, but still loved, and our newest members of "The TeAm":

Your personal mentor will be contacting you shortly.

He may not be able to contact you if you don?t have PMs enabled (Allow Private Messages) ? you can do that in your profile. :)

We hope you drop by often and say hello. ;)

We like to recommend that all of our new members go to the following link:

How to run SETI and Join TeAm AnandTech

Once you have your SetiDriver setup and working properly it is recommended that you use one of the TeAm's SetiQueues.
This will insure you have WUs to crunch when the Seti Server is down.
How To configure your SetiDriver to use a TeAm SetiQueue. :)

Hey, hey GtPrOjEcTX! :)

You are really picking them up and putting them down ... averaging around 24 WUs @ day. :D

Keep up the great job. ;) :)

yup. one question though. The second machine I put to work had 12 pending WU to do. Since then it's been formatted and pieced out. So in effect I have about 20 more WU pending that are never going to get done. Is it the case if a WU doesn't get done within X amount of time that the WU is dropped?

No worries, S@H will resend the wu to somebody else after a couple weeks. :)

Nice crunching BTW! :)

GtPrOjEcTX,
Could you clarify how many machines are you using to produce 24 wus a day?

Thanks

I must apologize.

I've gotten a little tired of typing the "_" so I've changed the name to "The TeAm" without the quotes.

I know, I know ... picky picky picky

I think I answered this via a PM last night. But I have 4 rigs going now on it 24/7. but I'm been doing about 36-37 a day now that I got the last machine going on it. The slowest a P4 1.9Ghz (just 256 cache) is the slowest putting out a WU every 4hours 30minutes average.
