hey, i'm ranked 2156 now!!!

hehehe...

seti automatically submits the WU's correct? i don't have to do anything, correct?

i put my settings to the settings of the CLI.... except i couldn't do step 8 i believe... i couldn't find that congent.exe or whatever file it was....

oh well...2 hrs 22 minutes per WU.. is that pretty good?

conaganet is in windows/system for win 9X
If you're using SETIDriver & have 'autotransmit' checked or running the plain CLI then your right you don't have to do anything more.

Welcome all new members to The team btw :D

Assimilator1 is right on. ;)

Step 9: Win9x/Me Users should navigate to the C:\Windows\System directory and find the "Conagent.exe" file. Right-click it, and choose Properties. Navigate the tabs in properties until you find "Warn if Still Active". Uncheck this option. This prevents some shutdown difficulties on certain platforms. This step is unnecessary for Win2K or WinXP users.

Nice seeing you posting to the forum, Shimmishim :)

Welcome to the TeAm everyone! :D

Okay, I still can't get used to these new icons. Smokeball, micron, CKG, Wiz... I don't know who's who anymore. :p

<== Is sticking with his "old school" Tech icon. ;)

Robor,

I don't have blond hair and I don't wear glasses anymore (Lasik) but other than that my avatar looks just like what I'd like to look like. :p HA LOL

"how are some of these people getting like... over 100 WU's a day? is it a team effort thing? "
Some people have access to a large amount of work computers that they have permission to run SETI on. Others have their family & friends crunching on their account.

And yes, 2:22 per WU is pretty good :)
