SETI times taking twice as long, please help

A couple weeks ago my main computer started producing SETI results that took twice as long as usual. But not all the time, just like one or two per day. Now almost all of them are twice as long. I usually had times of 2:32, but now they have gone to over 5 hours! Here is a link to my queue: http://bmdoobiew.dynu.com:5517/. My computer is LANTIS.
I don't know if either of the following two things have anything to do with my problem, but let me throw them out to you:

1. Is there a new CLI file? I'm using 3.03. If there is a new one, I'm not using it as of yet
2. I'm in NYC and it recently got hot outside so my computer is running hotter, although MBM5 is only reporting 48oC.

If you think you know why my computer is running SETI slow, please let me know. I really appreciate it. Thanks.

Things to check.

hit ctrl+alt+delete check your processes to see what is using the cpu besides seti?

any new software recently installed?

have you been into the bios or had a hard crash........check to see that the clock speed settings are set correctly?

some places to start anyway

SETI seems to be using 99% of the CPU for the most part.
No new software that I can think of.
Yes, my computer has crashed a few times recently, probably due to the fact that I am overclocking and it has been hot out. When I come home from work sometimes and I turn my monitor on and shake the mouse, the screen doesn't turn back on (i guess doesn't recieve a signal due to a crash?) and then I reset it.

if your oc is too high, it may be giving a lot a crc errors and having to re-calc things. try backing off of the oc a bit(especially mem, if it's oc'd)
