SETI: Setiqueue + Service install question

Lifer
Setiqueue was down for a few days, and when it came back up, the service installed systems arent returning results. Its been about 2 days so far. Does the service just give up after a while? If not, then someone may have killed them, or re-installed the OS.... this is about 20 computer, or 40-50WU's a day, so I will go check personally as soon as I have the time (maybe tommorrow 🙁

The Seti client should check with the server every hour, regardless of how it's installed...AFAIK.

Maybe the computers will need a restart? (or at least the service stopped/started)

I have never used a service install of Seti, so can't help you in that aspect 🙂

Ok, ignore this thread..... I just found out someone re-zenned the machines, and installed the wrong service install for me 🙂

If you can remote into the machines try stopping and restarting the service. I've had some luck with doing that. If that fails a rebooting of the machine should to the trick.
