So what do you think screams Seti the most, a dual P4 or a dual AMD?
Has anyone seen a dual proc P4 or AMD motherboard yet? I wonder what they cost?

If I can get the herd back at all, it won't be until next September. I'm not even sure if I can get it then...my teacher might of just been letting me run it until they reimaged the computers this week. I'll ask for sure though.

Cakin, congrats on the job! 😀 I would think a dual AMD system would be the best bang for the buck (isn't P4 non-SMP capable unless you get the Xeon?). Though if you're getting this for cracking, you might want to get a few of those good totally integrated mobos (I think Asus has a good one out), and some 100 MHz FSB AXIA's to overclock.
