I had a much better production than I expected yesterday. Guess finals got some nerds off their machines and let them crunch away. 😀

Add one more P4 to my efforts. Probably not enough to hold Def off, but can't hurt.

Anyone know how well a p4 with pc800 ram should do? We'll see anyway.
 
p4s are the fastest things around at seti, assuming they're overclocked. < 6 hrs per unit
 
Doh!!! Artemedes, I even have you beating me with your current production, that's really going to give me a kick in the head. 🙁 Not to mention the 23 P3-933 you said you would assimilate! I'm pretty sure that's over TWICE my production just right there!! You'll probably be in the top 5 producers every day. Nice bit of power there.

As for me, I have some machines that I can *possibly* get, that might add about 10WU's a day combined, but no telling when that will go through.

I might also have a bunch of slower machines assimilated. I'd figured they'd give me about 15-20WU's a day if the deal goes through, which looks kinda doubtful but you never know.

Well, congrats for getting that much power lined up. You should fly through the ranks! (hopefully with me right on your tail🙂).
 
Well Def, the work machines I assimilate are only on about 8 hours m-f and then they are often being used. So it is sometimes tough to predict how much distributed computing work will get done. There is also the possibility of using new software that gives the user full access to the PC (which they don't currently have) and reloading it everytime it restarts. But don't worry I'll take advantage of these computers as long as I can.
