Our daily champion crowning continues again this morning as two more teamers take checkered flags in their brackets. The lovely race babes have been working non-stop recently bringing their special brand of joy and enlightenment to our race winners and are in dire need of a vacation!
This morning, another AnandTecher reaches the Holy Grail of milestones in the The Great 10K CountDown. The Jumping Bean mashes 67 to become the 52nd teamer to cross the five digit morph point. IJump is another in the new breed of racer who assimilates early and often, managing to pound out obscenely high numbers of wu's in amazingly short periods of time. This type of racer is shear joy to watch, finely tuned and toned dumping muscles flexing proudly each day. Always on the lookout for competitors, IJump has been no stranger to competition, having recently plied his purge trade in three brackets simultaneously. While he may not have crossed first in his race with the Big Dawg or in The Great 10K CountDown, anytime someone reaches the Holy Grail is cause for celebration. Congratulations, IJump! Welcome to the 10K Club.
The Race to Crunch 3000 with a Clobbered Pie also crowns a winner this morning as the race's namesake takes the checkered flag to earn a little face time on The Wall and a little butt time in the hottub. Pie Derro, affectionately known as the Pie Guy to those who are fond of certain filled pastry desserts, began this race with a major handicap and had to produce nearly double the amount of wu's as the other competitors in his bracket. Even though he is the third to take the checkered flag, the Awesome Aussie was true to his name, crossing only three days behind the Hackster, and one day behind the Biloxi Bomber who had no such penalties to overcome. That was some mighty fine crunching Pie, and all of TA_Seti is proud to be on the same team. Come on in to the race coordinator's lounge and talk a little physics with the babes and have a nice cold sody pop from the well stocked fridge. We've even rounded up a little Vegemite to make you feel right at home.
Seems Starfleet is interested in using the once proud ship USS Ohio for more target practice. This time, it's a free for all that will last until somebody, or everybody, hunts down Captain OD and shoots his butt out of the galaxy. Captain Zodder and Supreme Commander Def of the El Camino Alliance are the first to join the pursuit force chasing Captain OD through the sector. And the hunt begins just as the USS Ohio loses a warp nacelle in an unfortunate asteroid accident. But according to scuttlebutt, there may be a little suprise in store for def and Zappin' Zod in the form of a dual or quad Xeon powered warp core being express warped to the USS Ohio's location. Hehe... Buwahahahaha!
A little action is taking place in the Race to 7000 where EvilWobbles has oscillated passed ElFenix to take over the lead. But Wobbles is a little sore this morning as Crabby did manager to snap his pincers shut a couple of times on a little wobbling buttocks on the way by. The Race to 9000 saw Mad Max drop another slot yesterday after being bounced around by all the turbulence from Baldy18's massive wu buster dump. Unfortunately for the Crunchin' Canadian, another massive wu wave is approaching from the rear in the form of Pazooloo.
