The Race to Crunch 1000 with a Crazee Twist is certainly full of thrills, spills, and caffeine pills. Just look at the top five spots. Ranging from current tallies of 820 by the Icecream Lieutenant to 762 for the Chilly Digit with spots two through four separated by only six wu's, this tally cruncher is the scene of perhaps some of the most fun and excitement any Seti aficionado could hope for. Overnight, the EvaderMan snatched third position back from the migrooster's tightly clenched fists to earn the spot by a single workunit. The Evadman heist of number three has surely sullied the mood of our British mate and should tomorrow dawn with spots three and four occupied in the same sequence, this race reporter will be somewhat suprised. IcecreamLtDan has added two more workunits to his advantage over Mighty Micron widening the gap to 23 and thecool1 narrows his deficit from the fourth spot to under 30. Meanwhile, the British Bulldog tag team tandem appear to be on an extended holiday in the trailer position.
A new leader has emerged in The Great 10K CountDown after GreatWhiteNorth out crunches the Assassin by four to wrest the numero uno spot away by a single wu . crt1530 earns a smilie award this morning for his stellar 47 from the third position and Major Tom steers 38 workunits towards SoCal. What a battle being waged in the Race to 12,000 between Zappin' Zod and Dirty Def! One look at IJump's outstanding race analysis shows that this donneybrook will most likely come right down to the wire, with the pugilist left standing declared the winner. It's the law versus the lawless, and these two battlers have very little love for each other so keep a close eye on this one. This morning sees the mucster still way out in front in the Race to 6000, with Eltano1 in second by 113 and the Aquatic White Bird running in third by 409. The pafster is throttling up the fleet in his attempt to emerge from the trailer spot and the 33 down his wu ejector is certainly a portent of his intentions.
After running in the seventh position in The Mid-Major Crunch to 2500 with a Handicapped NWM for a considerable amount of time, Networkman is finally able to maneuver around soni, a move that causes the Great Dane's usually sedate fan club to rise to their feet and begin cursing the Michigander for his treatment of their hero. It was a bold and courageous battle waged by soni to keep the hard charging NWM at bay as long as he did. Next up for networkman is SoulAssassin who cruises 52 wu's towards the front. Don't expect the Assassin's fans to be nearly as forgiving as soni's were. The large, wild, predatory canid is slowly gaining ground, stealthily stalking his prey, hoping to soon chow on a little Minendo steak in The M & M Boys & Some Others Race to Crunch 1000 as the lead racers pass the 75% completion mark. The 21 from Innuendo Minendo earns him a smilie award for the day and Crabby slices deeply into the migrooster's spot in third with a deft and lightening quick snip of a foreclaw.
