While not breaking the century mark for a second day in a row, Titan soni's other foot comes crashing down, laying waste to yet another acre of land (where ever it is that titans clash), as he cranks out 95 workunits. Even producing a lofty 95, soni still looses ground to every other titan in the bracket. Titan Hack remains above the century mark for yet another day and Titan JW, no tiny titan himself, thumps out 96. The Baz Monster's production is down nearly 100 from yesterday, but he still manages to throw down an astounding 236. Titan Technologies, Inc., sponsors of the Clash of the Titans, shows Bazilla only about 40 days from the goal, and Titan JW about 44 days.
In the Race to 6900, the Biloxi Bomber had best take a little morale boosting trip among his troops. With Assimilator1 only 155 wu's from 6900, things are looking a little bleak for Team Smokeball at the moment. But we've seen Sargeant Smoke rally his little army of crunchers in the past so it would behoove Assimlator1 to keep piling on the wu's. In the Race to Catch def, cnhoff, the Weekend Warrior winds up his weekend production run by tallying another 37, allowing him to land only 53 wu's behind mg. We've got quite a battle brewing in the middle of Race to 2500 between Jumpin' Jwyatt and ledzepp98. Throwing down 24 workunits to bring his two day total to 55, the Long Island Rocker manages to pull to within 61 workunits of Jumpin' J, who was no Sunday slouch himself, turning in an outstanding 21. Baldy18 and the Great Dane had best keep one eye in the rearview mirror.
The 1500 Race-A-Roonie, now in its second leg, sees the remaining racers continue to jockey for position. Making some major noise this morning, the Slobber Guy falls just shy of thirty, cracking 29 packets to set a blistering pace for the rest of the field. thecool1 continues to pull away from DarkMajiq in the ART 1500 as the crowd begins it's chant of "Ma-jiq, Ma-jiq" trying to encourage the underdog. Meanwhile, the ART 1000 is down to a field of three with Evadman continuing to lead the pack. Serialb is trying to change the racing order with yet another excellent day since returning to the field as he crunches 17. Bringing up the rear flank, Dingas is back from the 1000 person mega-lan shindig in Sacramento and roaring around the track again.
The racers have managed to tighten up the ranks considerably in the Marathon to 1000 while the leader Tarca was away with only 82 wu's separating first from last. With Tarca in command, his fleet was able to build up a comfortable lead, so we'll see what type of impact his return has on the troops. Panhead49 and the Pie Guy both produce in double figures with 11 and 12 wu's respectively and Kruptikos, still only 40 wu's from third position, crunches eight. And finally, Ishmael2k extends his lead another ten over Boogie Woogie in the SETI 500 with an excellent day that saw him crunch 18.
