In the Clash of the Titans, Titan Soni appears to be struggling for the time being having dropped below the thirty wu mark for a second day in a row. Something tells me that Soni may have a few wu's stashed away someplace so the other titans in that bracket had best not get too complacent. The Baz Monster remains the favorite to reach the 21,000 wu plateau first as his average hovers near the 300 mark, but even a slight falter could open the door for JW and the Hackster, who's dailies are now back to where we've become accustomed to seeing them. It's still anybody's ball game.
Ben98SentraSE finally hits the 40 wu mark, a standard he needs to maintain in order to accomplish his goal of 10,000 by December 31st and the USS Poop covers 32 parsecs as Captain Skoopa closes in on the hapless Captain OD and the USS Ohio. In a bold move, Captain OD has ordered some special photon torpedoes constructed to be used when the Poop gets a little closer to his position. Not sure exactly what OD has in mind, but a few eyebrows were raised when twenty kilo-tons of kitty litter was brought on board at the last starbase.
In the Race to 6900, the Biloxi Bomber is becoming a wee bit nervous as he watches Assimilator1 creep closer to the goal. Despite two days in a row in single digits, Assim1 is still scheduled to arrive at the finish line nearly three days ahead of the man from Mississippi. Smoke had best keep an eye in the rear-view mirror also because the Borg are beginning to increase speed and gain on his position. def takes high production honors in the Race to Catch def and Zappin' Zod is finally creeping back up towards the twenty wu mark, tying the Munich Maniac at eighteen. In the Race for Galactic Dominance, TWTA, with Task Force Cobol temporarily in command, has closed to within 44 parsecs of the Sector 2500 marker, nearly dashing the hopes the Cardassians had of ruling that corner of the Alpha Quadrant.
The ART 2500 sees Jumpin' Jwyatt produce 22 as he closes in on another milestone mark and GreatWhiteNorth crunches nearly 50 while in the middle of the pack, Electrode maintains his recent strong production. DarkMajiq nervously checks the rearview mirror to find thecool1 looming larger as each day passes, now only 24 wu's behind in the ART 1500. It might be a good time to use that secret weapon, Majiq. (You do have one, don't you?) And in the Race to 1000 LadyStarDust and EvadMan match each other's speed for the day while Dingas blasts back into the race, turning in 13.
Two racers in the Marathon to 1000 throw double-figures in Berkeley's direction with the Pie Guy nearing twenty for the day, landing 28 behind Panhead49 who produces an even ten. Better make hay while you can because Tarca is returning to command his fleet soon. In the SETI 500, Corsairpro is back underway, obviously having run out of film for his camera after taking all those pictures of the 250 wu milestone marker, and matches Boogy wu for wu as the two remain tied for second behind Ishmael2k who might be experiencing a little mechanical trouble.
