The defster has been caught! Following a long and dogged pursuit, frought with danger and peril, Sheriff Zod finally manages to run down the rogue racer near milespost 6318. Despite the Sheriff's repeated pleadings with def to pull the smoking El Camino to the side of the road, Sheriff Zod only managed to pass the proud man in his muscle car after pulling his six guns and shooting out the rear tires. The defster doesn't like to be passed. Congratulations, Zodder. Feel free to have a cold one from the fridge, but since you've spent all that time riding through the hot dusty desert on horseback, we're going to have to use the fire hose on you before we can let you near the hottub.
Let's go once again to Another Race to 2000 where this morning it's JimMc's turn to take over the lead position in this thrill-a-minute barn burner. Hooking himself to the Calgary Kid's bumper, the Mc Man drafted expertly off Majiq's ride and sling-shot his rig into the lead as the threesome entered turn seven which has been the scene of many position changes throughout this race to date. Undaunted, Majiq slips cooly behind the new leader and begins to draft off the clean air slipstreaming around the smooth lines of JimMc's racing machine. serialb now trails the leader by ten after having backed off just a tad to give the two leaders enough room to maneuver around the turn. Fantastic racing!

In the Race to Crunch 1000, Farmer Indy has begun the winter harvest, bailing up 60 workunits from his first planting of Pentiums. Watch for that number to grow steadily as the days pass, unfortunate news for his racemates and DSLR as well. Conjur breaks twenty for a second consecutive day while Migroo leaps into double digits with 11. neovan surges forward 23 in the Race to 750 to land only eight wu's from the checkered flag while JetsFanatic and Hoober battle it out to the rear. The Man from Miami, Eltano1 reaps the benefits of his latest assimilations, outproducing his fellow E-migos with a whopping 21, pretty much removing all doubt as to who will be the first to take the checkered flag in the YART 1500 barring a miracle comeback from the Evader.
EvilWobbles begins to vacillate wickedly at the rear of the pack in Still Another Race to 2000 after his second consecutive day with 31 and both PhotoLenny and the British Bulldog reach double digits in A Photograph of Confusion at 3000. This one has been hard to figure out, folks. thecool1 leads his bracket in the Free-For-All to 3000 with a sold 32 while "Consistency" is Electrode's middle name as the current leader runs out 11. Baldy18 finally settles back down to earth in the Battle to 4000, dropping below 20 for the first time in ages while Major Tom hovers near 50. The top three racers in the Race to 5000 get smilies this morning. (No, Dukat, you need to break thirty for a smilie. ) Making some major noise in the Race to Catch def and the Race to 7000 this morning is Admiral Engineer and the Federation who blister some dark matter with 86, and networkman remains in the high forties, stellar production to say the least, but will it be enough to hold off the dashing Captain Izzy and his fine crew aboard the USS IsOs?
