<Twilight Zone Music> Today we find ourselves caught between those two layers of space and time called fantasy and truth, along a line of demarcation so thinly veiled that one loses perception of what is real and what is prevarication. Strange stats this morning, folks. Lots of big numbers and lots of zeroes. It would appear that the border between reality and the Twilight Zone is guarded by Orange Kid's server. After one look at the numbers, it becomes obvious which racers funnel wu's through OK.
On a day that saw the Biloxi Bomber's rag-tag little (?) army of crunchers march off 109 workunits on the road to Berkeley, Captain Izzy warps off 131, out-flanking Commander Smoke by 22, continuing his amazing string of consecutive 100+ days. What does Smokeball have to do to get a leg up on the Hawaiian? Zappin' Zod takes advantage of Rowdy Ray's stuck wu's to zip off 50, cutting a huge chunk from TWTA's lead. The defster manages another day on the other side of thirty, today snapping off 35 to fall one short of yesterday's total in the Race to 7000.
What a show being put on by micron and frglss down on the Team AnandTech Seti 1000 racing oval as yesterday saw both racers grind out five. Emerging from turn three with a three wu lead, the youngster micron does a masterful job of maneuvering his ride down the back stretch, not giving an inch to the veteran frglss who motors comfortably along drafting off of micron's bumper. If this race stays this competitive throughout its duration, racing fans will have received more than their money's worth.
Conjur seems intent on following in Farmer Indy's footsteps in the Race to Crunch 1000 as he breaks the 30 wu barrier to increase his lead to 95 over a server lagged Time2Kill while migroo enjoys another day in double digits. Something has definitely gotten into Panhead49 in the YART 1500. Perhaps sensing that Evadman was slightly winded after his massive purge yesterday, Panhead leaps across the double-deuce mark with a 23 that cuts the Evader's shrinking advantage to 17 with only a few days left in what is quickly becoming a nail-biter. Maggotry cracks 15 to chop three from Minendo's lead in another thriller, the Race to 1500.

Advancements among racers on 1/15 include Corsairpro up 2 to 416, jerboy up 15 to 730. Two new big boys at the top, but Corsairpro and jerboy still manage to advance!
