Wild and wooly is exactly how to describe the Wild and Wooly WU Whomper to 3500. Cakin explodes back into the lead after pounding 150 wu's senseless overnight, the remnants of their once intact cartridge housings now only so much wu dust under cakin's size 18 racing boots. Lanky Lane42 now finds himself in second position, nursing a large bruise on his backside after cakin smacked him on the rump with a 10 pound slab of bacon on the way by. For the misplaced Aggie, this becomes the third time he has found himself in the lead in this contest, having had it wrestled away on two other occasions by Lanky Lane. Lest Makin' Bacon cakin get a bit too comfortable in the lead position, it may be wise to keep the aft sensors tuned to Lane's engine's resonance frequency.
In Beat the Race Coordinator (Over the Head) to 3000, I've got another lump on my head after being run over by the psychadelic Funky Bus. Hey, MoFunk! Where'd you learn to drive?!? :disgust: Up ahead, I can see that Yield Mighty Micron are still locked up in a dandy battle for the lead, with only 19 wu's separating the pair. And to my delight, Darth Polo is once again settling back in the pack and I just might get the opportunity to perform the old light sabre trick on him as a little payback for his unceremonious dumping of me earlier. Five wu's here, seven wu's there, Magnificent Marrkks keeps chinking wu's off the lead of DOmination in Last One to 2000 is a WU Wimp!. Keeping his dailies above the 30 mark, and his lady friends in the stands bouncing up and down in delight, Marrkks keeps whittling away at the Dominator's lead.
It would appear that Jolly JonB tossed a couple of rotten wu's in Nasty Neovan's wu tank as Neovan maneuvered his way into first place the other day. In a stunning reversal of fortunes, Neovan's rigs have completely stalled out coming out of turn nine in the 1500 WU Dynamite Dumper. After leaving JonB wheezing and hacking on wu fumes just two days earlier, Nasty Neo can now only watch and wave as Jolly JonB motors back into first place. Neo had best get his engine restarted quickly, too since Whackin' Wiz and Terrible Teriba are closing in quickly for the kill six o'clock low. The two horses in the Master Plaster WU Blaster to 1000 keep pulling away from the competition. Yesterday saw Awesome Adul and DAPUNISHER equal each other's 23 wu output, keeping the distance between the pair at 81 wu's. Tit for tat won't cut it for DAPUNISHER if he hopes to pull out a victory in this contest of crunching skill.
Searing Serialb remains hot in the Whack Pack Packet Smack to 750, maintaining his impressive display of packet pulverization for yet another day. Coming out of turn seven low and hard, serialb used crt1530's draft expertly, sling-shotting his powerful racing rig around crt and into first place as the crowd goes wild. Meanwhile, lobodobadingdong, JustStarting, and Powerful Pyxis are locked in a heated battle for third, with only eight wu's separating the tremendous trio in the middle of the pack. SWScorch continues to lead the band in the 500 WU Whack-A-Packet Rally, extending his advantage over Shim Shim Shimmishim by another three wu's, making his current cushion eleven, and Bullet BobTheWizard tightens his grip on the three hole with a nifty nine-spot to increases his race tally to 114.
