The second studdly team in the Seti Stud-Studded Stud Stomp to 4000 crosses the finish line and makes their way to the victory lounge for their Oreos and Mt. Dew. The Rebel Alliance, co-captained by the dashing pair of Freewolf and ICXRa, earn yet another victory on the SRL seti circuit, this time against a formidable lineup of Seti smackin' studs. Following Poundin' Pazoo across the finish line, the Rebel Alliance have become one of the newest powers on the SRL circuit and have emerged as quite an awesome pairing of crunching catharsis, often scoring in the 100-plus daily category. As the crowd roar crescendoes to a deafening climax, Captain Freewolf and Captain ICXRa saunter up to the awards stand, looking pretty spiffy in their flame retardant silver colored racing jumpsuits and racing boots, to receive their certificates and lounge keys. The hottub water is warm and the babes are hot and awaiting your arrival. Congratulations, Rebel Alliance.
In the 500 WU Whack-A-Packet Rally, the red hot Scorcher continues to lead the pack but Shimmishim begins to mount a challenge from the two hole. Meanwhile, one position to their rear, Bullet BobTheWizard has emerged from the lounge after his 1K milestone party yesterday to roar back into contention with a nine spot. In the Whack Pack Packet Smack to 750, these battlers are certainly living up to their Whack Pack moniker. Powerful Pyxis steers his massively powerful racing rig to within four workunits of crt1530, threatening to loosen crt's tenuous grip on first place. To their rear lobadobadingdong, buoyed by the rhythmic chanting of his name by the crowd, grinds up 12 workunits inside his munching machinery to settle in one wu behind Pyxis. Serialb smokes a smilie winning 16 to put a spiffy challenge on JustStarting while TheEvil1 brings up the rear.
The 1500 WU Dynamite Dumper continues as the racers jockey for position emerging from turn one. Jolly JonB has an eleven wu lead after his red hot start, but Whackin' Wiz is outputting some serious exhaust emmissions in an effort to close ranks after out-dualling Terible Teriba for sole possession of second place. K-Man Kruptikos takes high-production honors with an inspiring 43, but Nasty Neovan keeps it close with a teeth rattling 27 of his own. Large lumps are starting to pop up on my head in Beat the Race Coordinator (Over the Head) to 3000 as I settle into the sixth position after being pounded mercilessly by everyone in my vicinity. Darth Polo commands the quadrant with a mind-numbing laser blast of 216 workunits to leap to within 17 wu's of Mighty Micron while Yielder earns a smilie from the judges with 57 and Skillet Noggin' gets a big smooch from Gertie for his century-plus purge of 118 wu's.
The King of Karnage Karsten and Swingin' Swanny are puttin' on a show at the front of the pack in 15,000 WU's or Bust!, but both Amazing Amer and Percolatin' Paf are chewing up serious chunks of real estate as they mount their challenges from the rear. Things remain out of control in the 1000 WU Packet Pounder Derby where Evaderman nurses a three wu lead over crt1530 and Why Yes YS cruises comfortably in the third position. If I didn't know better, I might guess that the smile on ys's face may indicate the presence of a little pile of cracked packets in his queue waiting for the order to purge.
