Im just curious why do you allow people to spam every forms with the race post? I mean thats why theres a DC forums and people chose whether theyre interested in that stuff or not.
 
It's probably because most of the people reading the DC forum are either already participating in DC or at least have an awareness of what it is. By posting about the race in orther forums, it allows the information to be brought to an audience who might otherwise not have such a knowledge.
 
I have to agree with halik. I don't choose to do DC, not even interested in it. I don't care if my clock cycles are "wasted" , I just don't see the need.

I don't see it changing though, because I believe they have the moderators blessings (judging from the history of the posts). Just do what I do and ignore the threads
 
Sorry, but there are always going to be thread in each forum which will not hold your high interest. Using just the OT forum as example, I can't tell you how uninteresting all the "Hot Babe - PICS" threads are to me, for instance, as well as the 'Hey I'm drunk again" topics. But as they are for the most part easily identified as such to me, I simply do not read them.
