Seti Question

I'm running the seti command line client.

Is there a way when I minimize it to make it go to to the right side of the taskbar?
(I forgot what it's called😱)

Thanks,
Pyxis

You mean it should run as an icon in the taskbar, right?
You can't do that with the client alone, you have to use a program like SetiDriver. In addition to that, this will also let you keep a local cache of wus on your computer, so you can keep crunching away, even if the Berkeley server is down.
BTW, if you use SetiStash, you can hide the client and SetiStash completely from the desktop.

That's what it was called. It was bugging the hell outta me🙂

Would SetiQue do the same thing as SetiDriver?

No, SetiQ is a seperate WU caching program and does not interact with the CLI like SetiDriver does. I you have only one or two machines I would go with SetiDriver. You can use that to connect to SetiQ if you wish also and have even more WU in storage in case of an outage at Berkeley.
