If I understand you correctly, sometimes the SetiDriver interface is a little touchy about changes.

After you type in your changes .... for instance, changing MAXIMUM PROCESSES from "1" to "2", you must 1st hit the ENTER KEY and then click on the SAVE CONFIG button. If you don't do this the SetiDriver interface "pops out your changes" and reverts back to what was there before.
