Seti Question Part Deux

Ok I have the pc's all set up and running.
I did 4 WU's last night after 7 pm.
Looks like a may be able to do 7 to 8 WU's a day.
It really depends on who is using which pc in the family 🙂
Is this any good?
Thanks for all the previous help.

Looks relatively good if each comp does 3wu/day and they're on screen saver. If you want them to run faster, you could set them to run in the background and blank the screen saver if you haven't done this already. If you have, I assume someone likes to play a lot of games. 😉

You might also see if you can lower your ram timings (anything with RAS) in the BIOS. Try them one at a time to see if they work.

That's not to bad but I was expecting a little more from all of those computers your running. I'm running:
P3-500e@585mhz
Celeron-300a@375mhz
Celeron-366mhz

And am getting around 9wu a day now. You are running some Athlons and they're not as good at Seti as the P3's are with the current client v2.4.

Try what Ken_g6 said (if you haven't already), or try the command line client. Also are you using a wu caching program? This would help your output especially if your on a dialup or when the seti servers go down.

Well my machine runs at 133MHz at timings 2,2,2
I have Mushkin Rev 2 PC133 ( 2 sticks )
The Athlon 700 is at 100MHz as this is the only speed the motherboard allows 2,2,2 also
The two cel machines have 100MHz at Cas 3 though.
2 of the machines are running it in the background. Mine however won't. I play to many games 🙂 No FPS loss for me No Sir! 😛
I think 7 to 8 will have to be enough..
