I'm in a lab at school, I got 20 450mhz IBM's in here.. I want to install the seti CL client and I want it to start whenever someone logs into one of these NT machines.. without them knowing.. 🙂 .. nobody in here really looks at the task manager... so I'm safe there.. I hear that setiQ does the trick.. or something.. I'm not a computer genius either, so I might need a 'laymens' explanation.. thanks...

---> I think that Robor knows my situation.. (yeah, it took me this long to get down to business)

The machines are all reinstalled from the server every week, so I have to manually install seti and setiq (if I get it) every week to keep up production..

SetiQ is a centralized work caching program, so you would only want to run it on one computer (yours?) and have all of the other computers in the lab point to it to get new work units. On the client machines, you'll probably want to use something like SetiLog or SetiHide as a service to start and hide the client when Windows boots up.
