Since I installed service pack 2 on my entire network......I have dropped an average of 11 WU's a day. Anyone having the same results? Any ideas about how to fix this problem?

Really is frustrating :disgust:

Hey SS! You might look and see what the Angle Range of the WUs were then compared to now. We had a big run HAR WUs for a while. My numbers are down as well and I attribute it to that.

Well...I kinda looked at that.....but wasn't to sure.

Are all the 'puters down a little or just certain ones?

Remember I've been over there playin games a little more lately and so has your wife.
And you've been on more too, due to you being home for the past 2 months, because of your foot.

I have that part under control :disgust:

have you checked for spyware or a virus that could be robbing you of cpu cycles? 20% is a huge dip and to equate that all to the SP2 install i dont think is very likely. im thinking it has to be something else taking cpu cycles. try cranking open task manager and watching for a couple of minutes to see what is using cpu besides seti.

Just got an alert from my Mcafee .....W32/pate.b....a spyware virus....and utilizes shares and network to spread. This is new...within a day or two...so this isn't the problem.
