Seti problems

I hope this hasn't been addressed already. But my output has dropped significantly over the last few days because whenever the client tries to conntect to the server there is no response. Any ideas?

Hang in there sometimes its just the server acting up and it looks like one of those times

I installed seti q, but i've not been able to configure it properly to download work units.

You can just point your client(s) to one of the team queues.
There's plenty of them.
