SETI or ECP? Where can I find the "SETI Driver"?

After cracking RC5 on my P166 server for awhile, I've decided to get serious and put my Celeron 700 @ 1050 on a project. Because of this whole Dnet situation I've decided to go either ECP or SETI. I'm probably going to be running both but which would be best for my processor? Also I've got ECP working ok and got the SETI command line program, but I can't find SETI Driver. The web site that appears to be the official one is down. Thanks guys.

100 MHz FSB... should do seti alright, 6 or 7 hours a unit i think.
