Seti not accepting my work units!!

Well, I read that Seti is accepting units up to the 22nd Dec, but I now have over 100 units that will not upload. Anybody else having this problem, I am using Setidriver and have 3 machines with 65 each to do, and each one has over 30 units Ready to Transmit. Much manual transmitting isnt working either.

Try sending them through one of the TeAm queues.

If you'd like to use mine, the address is coolkid.no-ip.com and port 5517 🙂

Lately, the S@H server isn't communicating correctly with the client on your computer. It's possible that those WUs were already sent but SETI Driver still shows as needing to send.
Look for either of the following files in the numbered folders:
SetiDriverTransmitLoopDetector.txt
SETILogUpdated.txt

If any of the numbered folders in your S@H folder contain those, then the WU was already sent but the client didn't get the OK from the S@H server.
All you would be doing is trying to send those results over & over again.

I just delete the contents of any numbered folder that contain those text files.

I was not able to flush WUs or download new ones using SETIHIDE, so per instructions I found somewhere around this forum, in the version.sah, I removed the "obsolete version" line. I was then able to flush WUs and download new ones.

maybe this should be a "post your tips/techniques for getting WUs in to Berkeley" thread! hehe. 😀
