SETI + multiple computers

I have 2 computers both running SETI, and I want different preferences on both so I figure I would make one my home computer and one my work computer, but there is absolutely no explanation on how to set a computer to use work, home or school preferences.

Are you talking about the BOINC client? I don't know anything about that client myself so I can't give you any useful answers, but I figured I'd better ask the obvious first question so that those "in the know" will be able to help you... 🙂
 
Welcome to the TeAm skeedo. 😀

Go to the Seti at Home home page and find "preferences" at top of page.
Then under Account Statistics: click on "View Computers".
Next click on the computer you want to set under Computer ID.
Near the bottom of this page is a drop down box labeled "Location:". Pick Home, Office or Work.

Goto Your Computers and select an individual computer-ID.
Near the bottom there's a "Location" and a drop-down-selection-box. Just change Home/Work/School and hit "Update". 🙂
