I noticed the URL to TA / DC on the Seti@Home TeAm Anandtech site was incorrect due to the URL here changing some time in the past, fixed that.
If there is something a team member notices that's incorrect feel free to message me, I'll take care of it or at least research it.
 
I think Greg's explanation seems plausible.
