Not sure if it will affect "classic" ul/dl, but will atleast affect the web-server and SETI@Home/BOINC.

Outage Notice. We have gotten word that there will be a 2 hour lab wide outage starting August 19 at 01:00. That's just in a few hours. The outage is to repair a faulty router. The web site and the scheduler will be off the air.
