Seti@ home on boot-up?

I am going out of town for awhile and need to set up Seti to start on boot-up in case of a power failure. Both boxes are on UPS's, but in case of an extended power failure I don't want to go weeks without crunching. Whenever I try to set it up, on boot-up it ask to choose the client. Any ideas?

I'm using the cli. with seti driver and I just put a shortcut to seti driver in the startup folder and it starts when the system boots up into windows.
