Appart for Anandtech's stats, it shows how much more/less than Anandtech.
Also shows based on Average Work Done how many days for Anandtech to overtake the team, or be overtaken by a team behind...

Thanks RD:)

Will S@H enhanced effect overall team output?
It seems from your other post that S@HE scores differently ,but what will the overall effect be?

It'll probably end up slowing down the non-optimized users, from my guess. And it might slow down optimized clients yet, when they come out for enhanced. Because they are doing a more detailed examination of the data, it'll take longer. Points will come into line with it, but actual work units will probably drop a bit.

Well, to make some easy numbers...
If someone runs the normal seti@home, he'll example use 2.5h/task, while someone running a highly-optimized seti-application uses maybe 0.75h/task.

Seti_Enhanced on the other hand is already heavily optimized, meaning it's unlikely a custom-build for a specific-cpu will give similar speed-ups as with the old seti@home-application. Now, no idea on how much speed-up you can get-out, but let's say someone running the "normal" Seti_enhanced uses 6h on a task while custom-optimized uses 5h...

This means:
"old" SETI@Home, gives 25 CS/task.
Standard application - 10 CS/h
Optimized application - 33.33 CS/h.

Seti_Enhanced, gives 60 CS/task.
Standard application - 10 CS/h.
Optimized application - 12 CS/h.

If you by chance manages to squeece it down to 4h, this means 15 CS/h for the optimized...

Well, these numbers isn't exact, but for someone using the "normal" unoptimized SETI@Home there won't be much difference under Seti_enhanced, likely would get 8 CS/h for some tasks and 12 CS/h for others, there the average is somewhere between 9-11 CS/h.

For someone running a highly optimized seti-application on the other hand, even after some optimized seti_enhanced-applications is released, it's likely the average is closer to 15 CS/h than to 25 CS/h...

So, the more users in a team is running highly optimized seti-applications, the bigger the drop in AWD for this team, and the longer it will take to catch-up with a team you're behind...

As for the overall effect, no idea, but would expect atleast a temporary drop in all teams production as more and more of production is Seti_enhanced-wu...
