Seti@Home CLI setup problems

I've been following the directions for the setup of the CLI client found at http://www.anandtech.com/guides/viewfaq.html?i=68. I'm running Win2k, and everything goes fine until I get to the step for locating "Conagent.exe" in the Windows\System directory. I'm assuming this should be in the WINNT\System directory on my machine. A search of my hard drive yields no finding of that specific file, at all. Why is this? Will my client work okay without that file?

thanks

Now that I think of it, that may be a Win9x/Me only problem. Does your computer complain that a program is still running when you go to reboot?

By problem I mean what the conagent.exe trick is fixing.

There is no conagent in Win2000. You don't need to do that step with that OS. 😉
