Seti Help please!

Hello all,

Member of Team TABOO (team anandtech booster club ) in our quest to push certain old TA members over the mark to their next milestone so that they can get a nice certificate b4 seti1 ends....

Well i did a cpu-trade with Coolkid for 2 weeks so i had all his information in my user_sah file. I stopped the 3.03 Cli client, exited out of the Seti Driver, delted the user file...

Then i ran an instance of the CLI, inputted sukhoi's email address, closed the cli, booted up seti driver, downloaded 30 WUS, and now nothing...seti driver is not running SETI. (if i click on the CLI manually it loads up 1 instance -instead of 2- but is not interfaced w/ Seti driver) .is there a step i missed?

Did you copy the sukhoi user_sah file into the seti driver directory where you took the coolkid file out of?

Yes

Seti driver would still not work. So i wiped the folder, got rid of the service in services.msc, re-downlaoded, set it up from scratch..downloading WUs now and processing

That will probably work, sorry if it was a dumb question, just know that sometimes it is the simple stuff that flies by us
