I haven't tried the 3.0 cli... but the 2.04 cli did run noticable faster than the GUI... so it's worth a shot ;)

well it seems that i am still running around 12 hours per w/u!!

Should be faster I think system specs here:

c2 600 @ 750
128 meg ram that will run cas 2 in bios, have no idea about the cas 2-2-2 or how to do
13 gig 5400 rpm ata 66
not sure what else ya all need to help but let me know if you need any more info

oh on a dfi ca61 mobo. thought i should put that in there

12hrs/Wu would be about right I guees for the old versions v2.xx ,this partly beacuse your 83MHz FSB is limiting you times somewhat ,also the Celermines have L2 cache which has been crippled compared to the PIII.

BTW ,dfi mobo? I'm afraid I don't know that 1:eek: ,what does it stand for?
Let us know what WU times you get with v3.0 ,you'll need to do about 10 WU's to get a good idea of times.

danzig, have you tried bumping the fsb to 100mhz? I'm not saying that your celly would like it, but it may be worth a shot. Some make it and some don't.

this one won't :|

well I think first board with a jumper setting!!

do I have to change the jumper to 100 mhz and pray?

tried to do in the bios and board wouldn't boot at 100 and i have no voltage adjustments...doh

I wonder if the b21 trick will work with 370 chips? I have tried to find the pin out for the c2 but I guess I am not that good at searching:frown:

Danzig, Set the jumper to 100 and see if it will boot. If it does boot, it still may not run seti or RC-5 without additional cooling or bumping the core voltage - don't believe your board will adjust v-core.
I just checked the cpu database @ overclockers.com, some of the guys are able to run @900 with default voltage and stock cooling. Take those results with a grain of salt! Some of these guys never run anything more processor intensive than a web browser. Some will also say that their machine is rock stable w/ "only" two or three lock ups a day. That really won't cut it with distributed computing.
There are no pin tricks for fcpga processors that I know of. Also the multiplier is locked internally. Strictly a fsb thing for these.
Good luck with it! :)
BTW- are you the Danzigrules from PcM?

Glad to see ya here! I went by Phil B over there. Great bunch of techs @PcM, but I like the Seti scene here much more. Lots of stats, racing and loads of updates and info. Nexus 9's stats page got me hooked and now I'm planning to stay awhile. :)
How is the CLI doing for you? I have it installed on two of mine along with seti driver. Changing over the rest shortly. It does seem to be slightly quicker. My real motivation was to be able to run a caching program so that in the event of server downtime I won't get smoked by my teammates. Racing does promote finetuning. ;)

Thought you might have been Phil...lol

Only have it running on the c2 right now. still running about 10 hours avg. Tossing up if I should run seti or rc5? been doing rc5 for a bit now, but the rc5'ers seem to like to fight alot..;) Think I might stick with my first d/c program:)

Not sure though, still have yet to change seti over to the TeAm...

will get around to it.... think I might do it now:D
